Hasaacas FC’s versatile left footer, Isaac Quagraine continued his impressive showing in the Regional Super Schools Competition to help Takoradi Technical Institute beat Saint John’s School to the trophy.
It was a hard fought victory for skipper Quagraine and his team mates – a stalemate in the regulation time pushed the game to the spot kicks.
St. John’s School missed out on a kick out of 6 tries and it took skipper Isaac Quagraine to snatch it all for Takoradi Technical Institute with the final kick of the game, in a 6-5 victory at spot kicks.
Quagraine scored or assisted 5 times in 5 games to ensure Takoradi Technical Institute left the Sekondi Sports Stadium with the title.
TTI conceded just two goals in 5 games and kept an impressive 4 clean sheets.
Quagraine bagged in a double against Saint Augustine, and scored 1 of the 2 goals in a 2-0 win against Ghana Secondary Technical School in the semifinals.
After achieving such a magnificent feet as the skipper of the side, it will be a delight to see Quagraine star for Sekondi Hasaacas FC in the Normalization Committee’s Special Competition.
