Hasaacas FC added more flesh to the preparation towards the upcoming season with a 1-1 healthy friendly encounter against Karela United FC at the Sekondi Sports Stadium.

The first half ended with either sides failing to find the back of the net amidst a handful of chances created by both sides.

The highlight of the first half was when Seidu Kumordzie powered a thunderbolt from a set piece which was parried wide by the goalkeeper.

Coach Joseph Agyemang Jnr. overhauled the entire team and were replaced by;

Michael Kwofie
Nathaniel Eshun
Isaac Asare
Nana Egyir
Ben Ankrah
Theophilus Nyame
Saddick Labanti
John Koomson

Philip Flamini

It didn’t take long after the restart and Philip Flamini connected perfectly to Isaac Asare’s welcoming cross to break the deadlock.

The Referee whistled against Ben Ankrah and pointed to the spot in what was argued as a handball and Diewisie Taylor sent Michael Kwofie the wrong way.

The game ended 1-1 with loads of takeaways ahead of the season proper.
