Despite dominating possession and creating loads of goal scoring opportunities it was the opponent that opened the goal account.

It was the Nzema based side who found the back of the net first through
Nii Duodu curler which Michael Kwofie had no answer to.

The second half saw Hasmal having a better passing game, the trio of John Koomson, Ibrahim Sanah and Saddick Labanti well controlled the midfield but the final delivery became a problem that has to be looked at from the bench.

David Nyankum, Obed Asamoah Ackah and Eric Quarshie came on for David Fianya, Bernard Morrison and Isaac Asare to empower the forward lines switching the formation from 4-4-2 to 3-4-3.

The team kept the quest to search for the equaliser, pulling strings upfront ably led by Labanti and Sanah and with 2 out of the additional 3 minutes done, Obed Ackah rounded the goalkeeper and placed a well timed strike from the edge of the box to draw the game level.

Saddick Labanti emerged as the Player of the Match.

The draw puts Hasmal third on the log with same point with Karela United and two points behind Sekondi Eleven Wise who had earlier beaten Skyy FC 3-2.

We go again against our city rivals Sekondi Eleven Wise tomorrow, September 22 at the Sekondi Sports Stadium. Kick off is 3:00pm
