Goalkeeper Michael Kwofie had his first start in the Normalization Committee’s Special Cup in a 1-0 win against Star Madrid.
The shot-stopper who will turn 16 years on August 8, 2019 registered his name as the youngest player to have featured for Sekondi Hasaacas FC in the Normalization Committee’s Special Cup. He beats of earlier record held by Daniel Egyin who’s currently 16.
Kwofie saw his third cap for Sekondi Hasaacas in a 1-0 win at the Gyandu Park, Sekondi. He has previously played against Nzema Kotoko and Medeama SC.
Hasmal snatched home second win of the competition, thanks to Ibrahim Sanah’s 4th goal in the competition, Michael Kwofie had a clean sheet, our team’s first clean sheet in the competition.
The team will make a return to the Unistar Academy Park, Kasoa on Sunday April 28.
