Midfielder Isaac Mensah has successful completed a loan move to Division One League side, Tamale City FC.

The skillful playmaker joined Hasmal from Cape Coast Metro Football Club and played in the 2016/17 season.

Mensah will spend the 2019/20 Season at Tamale City FC.
