It’s been a busy past few weeks, and for everyone at Sekondi Hasaacas FC, though the moments have been tricky and inconsistent there are plenty of reasons to smile…
Below are some exciting moments we’ve chosen from our ladies and gents.
Building the Momentum
Definitely no looking back after mending the gaps to get to where we find ourselves currently.
Our male team has picked two wins on the bounce; against Achiken FC and Nzema Kotoko at away and home respectively.
For the display which surely has to improve more is pumped into the style and precision alongside the eagerness to get the job done at bliss.
Our Ladies team has maintained a shutout in its last two outings. And as far as points go picked 7 out of a possible 9.
It’s a good step and we look forward to having more of the same with more goals to boot.
As Clean as Cleansheet
It’s a combined 540 minutes for the two teams without having a ball at the back of our nets.
The men’s team led by Mustapha Capito is yet to conceded this season; with major input from goalkeeper Anthony Brebo, skipper Abeiku Ainooson, Nathaniel Eshun who are being flanked by Elvis Nyarko and Daniel Egyin in most of the games this season.
The combined effort from the midfield to assist in defense is a major work which deserves applause.
The likes of Eric Wonkyi Arthur, Ibrahim Sanah Mohammed, and Theophilus Nana Awortwe have made the cover for the defense in most of the games this season.
Likewise the men’s team, our ladies team is yet to concede in open play in all three outings. LadyStrikers’ Suzzy Dede Teye’s free kick in the first game remains the only ball that has shook our nets.
The team has gone through the last 180 minutes as Giants and yet to concede.
Three Points, all that matters
The fighting spirit is everything for us. Making sure the day’s job collectively on the field and picking everything there’s in the way is a cool thing for us.
Both teams secured a 1-0 win at home against sides that have been a torn in the flesh in recent years.
Hasaacas Ladies 1-0 Thunder Queens FC
Sekondi Hasaacas FC 1-0 Nzema Kotoko
That’s a wrap, we come your way again next week.
