Evelyn Badu scored goal number 3 in 3 outings for the Black Queens in a 2-1 win against star studded Faith Ladies.

Badu, 16, opened the score cards in the 31st minute with a fine strike before another Hasmal Ladies forward who started for Faith Ladies, Milot Pokuaa leveled things up before recess.

Alice Kusi restored Queens lead in the 65th minute as Mercy Tagoe-Quaicoo led side empowered to that 2-1 victory.

It was another important exercise and again, teenager, Evelyn Badu fronted all important attacks from the middle in that pulsating encounter.

The Queens will be defending the 2018 West Africa Football Union Women’s Cup at Ivory Coast starting Wednesday, May 8.

The team will make their way to Abidjan on Monday, May 6 to continue the shaping up before the two weeks tournament.
