Ekow Eshun scored his first, Isaac Mensah slotted home his second and David Nyankum got his third of the season as determined Sekondi Hasaacas secured third victory of the season.

A masterly display from Coach Joseph Agyemang Junior’s men left Asokwa Deportivo dizzy and nauseous at the Sekondi Sports Stadium.

In a fashionable manner David Nyankum started the demolishing exercise very early connecting to Gideon Seidu Kumordzie’s rebound to register the game’s first and his third of the season with the clock showing just 12 minutes.

But what followed was a disjointed half with numerous misplaced passes and the Giant of the West’s attack below their sparkling best.

There were several opportunities for Hasmal, the closest amongst them was when Theophilus Nana Awortwe couldn’t find the back of the net inside the 18 yard box with only the goalkeeper to beat.

And again a low effort shot that whistled the wrong side of the post from John Koomson could’ve been the game’s second.

But before the stroke of the referee’s whistle, Ekow Eshun’s volley from some 30 yards away from the goal area ruffled the roof of the net to send Hasmal 2:0 up before the break.

The left back didn’t allow Seidu Kumordzie’s cross to touch the field, sending it way off the full stretched arm of the goalkeeper.

The Visitors started the second half as the strong side and with just 8 minutes into the half, Issah Mohammed turned heads with a thunderbolt that left goalkeeper Anthony Brebo staring as the ball landed in the net.

Right wing Isaac Mensah patiently caressed the ball inside the penalty yard, allowed the goalkeeper to fall on his wrong foot, another player turned inside-out before kissing the yawning net with a low strike to end the game 3:1 for the home side.
